For patients covered by a pet insurance plan, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim. Unlike human medical insurance, pet insurance plans require the client to make full payment at the time veterinary medical services are provided. A claim can then be made with your insurance provider and, according to the terms of that plan, reimbursement would be made directly to the client. One of our Client Service staff members can help by providing copies of invoices, medical records, and send any requested information to your insurance company.
