Meet Our Skilled Veterinarians

Dr. Graham was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Washington University in St. Louis for her undergraduate degree and then completed veterinary school at the University of Missouri in 2017.

Dr. Mays is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care and has special clinical interest and research experience in trauma resuscitation, transfusion therapy, and disorders of coagulation.

A Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, Dr. Rausch has experience in both orthopedic and soft tissue surgery with special interest in oncologic surgery and wound management.

Dr. Shelby Mancini is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine – Neurology.

Dr. Rebecca Saunders grew up in Chicago and attended Washington University in St. Louis for her undergraduate degree. She then went on to attend veterinary school at the University of Missouri.

Dr. Greer has extensive experience in, but not limited to, the stabilization of severe traumas, intoxications, mechanical ventilation and pain management. As a criticalist, her interests include emergency ultrasound techniques, sepsis and postoperative care.

Dr. Matt Mahn is a native to Saint Louis and a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons.

Dr Jeremy Shomper earned BS degrees in Equine Studies and Biology from Virginia Intermont College. He spent several years riding Hunter and Jumper horses prior to returning to Virginia to attend Veterinary School at Virginia Tech.

Dr. Robert Nack is a St. Louis native. He went to undergraduate school at Truman State University and received his DVM from Mizzou in 1997.

Dr. Cecilia Marshall was raised in St. Louis and attended veterinary school at the University of Missouri. She completed a small animal medical and surgical internship at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston and was accepted into the competitive cardiology residency at this same location.

A Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care, Dr. Karagiannis has extensive experience in, but not limited to, the stabilization of severe traumas, intoxications, envenomations, transfusion medicine, cardiac emergencies and acute pancreatitis.
